CASE STUDY:

Our client who is a developer brought this development site to us to sell for him. Previous to us, he instructed multiple agents to sell the site, all of whom failed in bringing forward a credible suitor despite them having the instruction for a while.

Time wasters, window shoppers and offers that didn’t make sense is what our client had to contend with.
