This is how it works:

1. Initial meeting/conversation

This meeting will enable us to fully understand your desired criteria, requirements and what is important to you. We can also advise you on local areas and rental prices. You will have two dedicated members of our team representing you from the beginning to the end of the process.

2. Property criteria

We work closely with you to compile a focused and realistic brief which takes into account your requirements and preferences. This is emailed to you so that we are all clear on the initial search criteria.

3. Property search

We thoroughly search the market on your behalf in partnership with the Letting Agents and our database of private landlords. We then shortlist the best properties for you.

4. Viewings with you

We will organise the viewings with the Letting Agent or private landlords and will take place one after the other. We will drive you to each of the shortlisted properties and once you’ve seen them you will be able to make a decision.

5. Negotiation

Once we have found the right property, discussions will be conducted with you which will include your preferred move in date, contract length, and any special requirements or conditions to your offer. From here on we will take on all the negotiations on your behalf.

6. Moving in
